This year we got to go on an awesome Lake Powell trip with Jared's entire family minus McKayla and Nick boo. It was such a fun trip and so great to see John and Sammie we hadn't seen them in 2 years! We stayed the first night in St. George. Of course we had to stop by and get a Temple photo. My nice SLR fell out of the truck on our way down and broke so bummer I had to use my little not so great camera for these!
The best I could get with these two crazy squirts. Then we headed off to hang out with Kris and Jamie West. It was so fun to see them and pick up right where we left off in NY. They are such a fun family!
Somewhere that night, Jared lost Kai's insulin. We searched everywhere for it and called every pharmacy but they were either closed or did not take our insurance. Super scary and stressful. We ended up not getting to the condo till really late.
This kid was so tuckered out he slept completely through his diaper change and clothing change. So funny.
They both just slept on the floor in the closest!
The next morning we woke up bright and early to head to page like 3 hours away to get insulin. This poor girl couldn't eat much besides eggs and other proteins. She is such a trooper!
We finally made it, got some insulin and ended up having an amazing trip. This photo sums it all up, Beautiful!

Driving a wake surfer is super easy and so slow so I snapped a few photos threw the mirror while I was driving!

Jaime was so persistent at learning how to surf. She tried over and over and over again. I am so glad that she did not give up because finally the last night she got it and so excited about it!
I tried it as well. It was fun and scary. The rope hurt but besides that I really liked it!
