We had a really nice Thanksgiving this year. My cousin Lyle and his wife invited us up to their house near Dallas! Getting there definitely wasn't fun!! You know how they say the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is the busiest time of the year, well that certainly was true for us. What should have taken us 5 hours took us eight!! It was crazy and with a three year old and a one month old baby not so fun. Thankfully they both did great. Kailie watched the chipmunk movie probably 3 or 4 times. Once we made it there though it was really nice.
It was nice to just hang out all day with nothing to do and just be with family. We haven't had that for a long time on Thanksgiving.
My cousin Steve and his four kids and his ex wife Kelly who we all love so much were there. It was fun to see them. They have all grown up.
